Picasso at the Lapin Agile tickets on sale!

The Middlebury Community Players are pleased to present the comedy Picasso at the Lapin Agile February 8-11, 2018, at the Town Hall Theater in Middlebury: Thursday, 2/8 at 7:30pm with tickets only $12! Tickets $17 for Friday-Saturday, 2/9 & 2/10 at 7:30pm, and Sunday matinee, 2/11 at 2:00pm.

Steve Martin’s long-running Off-Broadway absurdist comedy of historical fiction finds Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso meeting in a Parisian cafe in 1904, just before the renowned scientist transformed physics with his theory of relativity and the celebrated painter set the art world afire with cubism. These two celebrities of science and art are surrounded by a cast of supporting characters from the turn of the century (and beyond). Directed by Eileen Corcoran. (Rated PG for mild profanity & mature themes)

Cash bar at each performance with a limited number of café table seats! Rows AA and A represent cafe table seating at the front of the space closest to the stage.
